Brown Mexican Gravy

Another of Nancy's recipes

Brown Mexican Gravy

1 T. chili powder
Salt to taste
1 T. white flour
Dried onion
1 c. water
Dried garlic
1 tsp. cumin

Put all ingredients in small sauce pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Serve over enchiladas or burritos.
